Bread, has a long history in the world. The invention shows the civilization of human. The ways to "cook" the dough and the ingredients show how people localize this food. It is a kind of living culture.

The local western bakery with over 40 years history are mainly based on Russian style and they are mostly from mainland China city such as Shanghai, Shandong. It is interesting to rethink if they are really Russian only but from all over the world. And even, they are in Hong Kong over 40 years, the local market make the bread in local style. So you can find Hong Kong is a multi-cultural city.
